• Each portrait is an artistic interpretation, not a photographic replica. Variations in color, detail, and likeness are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

• All reference photos submitted must be owned by you or used with proper permission. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it for this purpose.

• Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final. 

• While I strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, different screens and print methods may show slight variations.

• Artasstic by Tass retains the copyright to all artwork and may use images of completed portraits for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Processing Time: Portraits typically take 3–6 weeks to complete, depending on current order volume. During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping may take longer. To ensure holiday delivery, please place your order at least 4 weeks in advance. Customers can always check the announcement bar or updates page on my website to see if commissions are currently open or closed before placing an order.
